According to a recent news article, NJ Governor Jon Corzine will appoint NJ State Assembly member Douglas H. Fisher as his new Secretary of Agriculture. According to our sources, Assemblyman Fisher shares our position on helmet laws. Hopefully his replacement will be just as supportive.
No info yet on whether there will be a special election or who the candidates may be. We'll post updates as needed to our NJ Status blog entry.
