Here we go again! The Speaker of the House has just officially resigned his seat due to a simmering scandal. Of course that means there will be a special election for House District 11, which includes most of Walton County and the city of Monroe. This district lies directly east of Atlanta, about an hour's ride away from the Peach State capital.
